Baraka Kalume (The Best Boy)
BBaraka Kalume is an experienced radio presenter/Producer with almost 4years of experience in the media industry. He started his media career at the Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (KBC) as an intern back in 2017 where he gained a lot of experience in terms of production and radio presentation. Kalume later joined Truthcom Media where he worked as the logistics officer for two years and later joined Sangu Fm. He currently handles the technical department at Sangu FM and also co-host the afternoon show (Sangu Yoyoh) where he is popularly known as (The Best Boy) and also hosts Mbulanio every Saturday (1-4pm) Kalume loves watching football, listening to music and also travelling.
Fredrick Muli Ndandi (Daddy Freddy Babayao
Fredrick Muli Ndandi is a trained and certified journalist working for a fast growing digital radio station by the name Sang'u FM under the umbrella of All Smiles Network Company Limited as a news editor,anchor and an afternoon drive show presenter. Multitalented and versatile Muli also does sports and any other show assigned to him,having a thirteen (13) years experience in the same field. A diploma graduate from Eldoret Aviation Training Institute year 2006, Muli was attached to Kenya News Agency for internship in Kilifi where he also served Kenya Broadcasting Corporation with news. Later joined Syokimau FM as a news editor,anchor and continuity presenter for various programs as the stations pioneer where I served for thirteen years. Team work, professionalism,humility,innovativeness and creativity are aspects articulated to him. Fred is a Christian husband to Shyreen and dad to a boy named Tayzeen. During his free time,music and adventure is his hobbies.
Francihar Nyamai
Francihar Nyamai is a well-known Kenyan Journalist based in Nairobi, Kenya. Fracihar Has worked for different local radio stations as a radio presenter and a producer for different programs. Francihar’s career began way back in the year 2003 after completing her secondary education. She started her career at Radio Mang’elete which is a community based radio station at her home in Mang’elete, Mtito-Andei, Makueni County where she started as a radio presenter and a news anchor. She worked for five years with the same radio station then shifted to famous Mbaitu FM based in Nairobi. She worked for Mbaitu FM for 10 years from the year 2006 to 2016 as a senior radio presenter. Her duties were hosting different shows and news anchoring. While at Mbaitu, she was awarded with different certificates for having produced the best feature stories on HIV/AIDS by Internews Kenya in the year 2008. Francihar is currently working with Sang’u FM as a senior radio presenter and a producer.
Nicodemus Kyalo Mutuku (Nico Captain)
Nico is an experienced radio personality having started his career at COUNTY FM as an Intern in the Newsroom.He is currently a News Anchor and Presenter at Sang’u FM as well as the Traffic Controller of the Station who ensures everything scheduled on Daily Transmission Schedule (DTS) is aired on time. Nico loves listening to cool gospel music and also claims given a chance he can preach. Also is a political fanatic with a zeal to know what is happening in the political world. “KANA NICO” as referred by most of his colleagues hails from Kathuma Village, Iveti Hills Machakos County.
Festus Muli Mutinda
Festus was born in 1993 and raised in Mwala Sub-county Machakos County .He joined Kilala primary School in the year 2001 and later Kiundwani high school for his secondary education. In the year 2014, he joined Kenya Institute of Professional Studies(KIPS) for skills in journalism and media studies[Diploma] until late 2016 when I graduated. He is talented in Kamba news reporting with experience of six years from different media houses. Currently he is working for Sang’u fm the fastest growing kamba radio station as reporter based in Machakos County. In the year 2021, he attended a workshop at Sarova panafric hotel in Nairobi and was trained on radio programming and news production . Mulatya W. Raphael alias Latyas is a multimedia Journalist born in kitui Rural,kitui county.He is currently working for Sang'u Fm Radio as a news Correspondent in kitui county.He is a person of integrity,responsible and able to work under minimal supervision. He has positive attitude towards work and a team player.
